Fortune 500 · Fortune-Maker · Founder
Revolutionizing commerce — from launching Thursday Night Football on Prime Video to driving $15M+ monthly GMV at TikTok Shop. A decade of building, leading, and scaling.
I'm Katie Fraser — a Program and Operations Leader with over a decade of experience turning ambitious ideas into enterprise-scale reality at Fortune 100 companies and in the trenches of startup life.
From negotiating multi-million dollar vendor contracts at Amazon Canada and shepherding the landmark launch of Thursday Night Football on Prime Video, to becoming the #1 Account Manager across all of TikTok Shop and overseeing $15M+ in monthly GMV — I thrive at the intersection of strategy, execution, and results.
But before the Fortune 100 career, I was building things from scratch. Stash, a peer-to-peer storage startup, won Best Marketplace Idea at the UW Business Plan Competition and was featured on GeekWire. Twelve, a Seattle retail brand I launched straight out of college, was stocked in 14 stores — including window displays outside Pike Place Market.
That entrepreneurial DNA is still very much alive — it's what makes me different.
